In some conservatories in Bedfordshire, I have seen that they are using air tight insulation between the gaps between windows & doors. It’s a nice idea but a crack in the joints can cause fatal accidents due to the air pressure. I think using foams or any type of chemical insulations will be the best.

This is hundred percent true that insulation will add an extra layer of heat resistant materials that help to save money on energy bills, there are many home which get affected too much to weather changes and home owner have to pay much money on heating and cooling electric products, insulation will help to reduce energy bills and make home more comfortable.
